Description

Anemone blanda Charmer is a large, daisy like flower with pink petals, with a white inner bowl and a a yellow centre surrounded by three-lobed dark green leaves. It grows best in well drained soil, in full or partial sun, in beds, rock gardens, or in pots on the patio or balcony. Plant in one variety drifts or with other flowers, such as snakehead fritillaries to create an interesting, eye-catching display.  Anemone blanda Charmer is extremely suitable for naturalising, especially under trees and shrubs, making it a nice ground cover. The Anemone’s nectar pollen rich flower makes it very attractive to bees and other pollinators.
