Description
Colchicum autumnale Album is a beautiful pure white, goblet shaped flowers, held on white stems, that appears in the autumn with stappy basal leaves that appear in spring but die back in the summer. The plant produces up to 8 flowers per corm. Best results when planted in sheltered, sunny, moist, well-drained areas in gardens, meadows, rock gardens, underplanting of shrubs or in pots or containers. Easily naturalises in grassy areas.
