Description

Colchicum cilicicum is a very hardy, fall flowering pinkish -purple flower that has a distinct white stripe down the middle of each petal that appears in the fall with strappy basal leaves that appear in spring but die back in the summer. This plant thrives when planted in sheltered, sunny, moist, well-drained areas in gardens, meadows, rock gardens, underplanting of shrubs or in pots or containers.
