Yes, it really does look an ice cream cone! This unusual bloom has double, peony shaped flowers that are densely packed in its white center and a deep pink exterior with some green. Around the heart is a double wreath of petals. They are low to the ground but have wavy, broad leaves which nicely displays them. Best if planted in groups in borders in full sun.
