Description
Ipheion Jessie has short stems bearing deep blue 6-pointed, star-shaped flowers with a darker stripe down each petal and with semi-erect, strappy blue-green leaves. Even though this plant tolerates drought and likes to be in the sun, it should be planted in moist but well drained gardens, rock gardens, borders, beds, coastal areas, containers or as underplanting for roses and shrubs or through grassy areas or under trees.
