Description
Scilla peruviana, or Portuguese Squill, is a pyramid raceme densely populated with 40 to 100 intensely blue flowers with a rosette of dark green leaves. This hardy beauty prefers direct sun, but can tolerate some shade and moist, but well drained soil and can be planted along the coast, in gardens, wildflower meadows, beds, borders, edging, rock or gravel gardens. Beautiful in planters and containers.
